Established in 2002, the DSR Group brings together 10 distinct companies that are active in all the areas of catering and associated services. With more than 1,500 staff, the group has evolved from the DSR Foundation, which was founded in 1919. It is the largest entity of the group which bears its name, and represents more than 70% of its total volume of operations.

Menu and More AG was founded in partnership between the DSR Group and the city of Zurich. It provides meals, ready to eat, for children and young people in school canteen, nurseries and day schools, also for senior citizens in homes or for delivered meals. Menu and More produces lunch menus for small and medium-sized companies not having their own restaurant. They realize the production of community, transport and trade preparations, as well as for restaurant chains and retailers.

Menu and More offers professional catering solutions and services from a single source. Every day, some 10,000 people rely on the safety and the quality of products and services.
